Well, people know me as "Amanuelcool", but I changed my IGN.
I still have "Amanuelcool" just 'til I get in to Bliss (If I get in..)
If so happens, I'll delete Amanuelcool.

My new IGN is "Sarcastic".

But we don't allow Blissers to create new accounts for some stupid reasons. We changed our rules.

No. he is not asking for name change in the forum here. He applied to Bliss and he want to join Bliss with new account in Nplay. So, we wont accept like that.
